PinkAI
We build cognitive infrastructure for humans operating across long horizons.
The problem we see
LLMs offer infinite stamina but no discipline. They generate continuously without regard for coherence, consequence, or commitment.
Humans bring judgment but limited bandwidth. We can evaluate, decide, and commit — but only so many times per day before fatigue sets in.
The challenge is not getting AI to do more. It is building systems that respect the asymmetry: AI proposes, humans commit.
Helm
Helm is our flagship project — a control surface for human–LLM decision discipline.
It tracks assumptions, decisions, and artifacts as a connected graph. When assumptions change, Helm surfaces what needs review. LLMs generate proposals; humans promote or prune. Nothing is silently mutated.
Helm does not auto-apply suggestions.
It does not commit on your behalf.
It does not hide state transitions.
LLMs propose. Humans commit.

About
PinkAI is Tyler Dwyer — systems background, cognitive science training, production AI experience.
Helm is built in the open. The goal is not a product launch but a working system that demonstrates what careful human–AI collaboration looks like.
